Not in Marketplace
Verify Market was selected. Under Config C, only your Relo Director has the Marketplace tab.
No applicants
Check coverage area. Try Invite. Wait for cross-brand window.
Stuck status
Receiving party may not have signed (7-day deadline), update overdue, or Relo action needed.
Cannot find referral
Check with your Relo Director — under Config C they manage all referrals. Check Outbound/Inbound tabs.
Modified after awarding
All receiving parties notified. Check for update alert.
