Troubleshooting: Referral Not Appearing or Stuck

Not in Marketplace

Verify Market placement was selected. Under Config C, only your Relo Director has the Marketplace tab.

No applicants

Check agent coverage. Try Invite. Wait for cross-brand window.

Stuck status

Receiving party may not have signed (7-day deadline), update overdue, or Relo approval needed.

Cannot find referral

Check Outbound/Inbound tabs. Under Config C, you only see referrals assigned to you — ask your Relo Director.

Modified after awarding

All receiving parties notified. Check for update alert.
