Not in Marketplace

Verify Market placement method. Under Config C, only your Relo Director has Marketplace access.

No applicants

Check agent coverage. Try Invite. Wait for cross-brand window.

Stuck status

Receiving party may not have signed (7-day deadline), update overdue, or Relo action needed.

Cannot find referral

Check with your Relo Director — under Config C they manage all referrals. Cancelled referrals are in history.

Modified after awarding

All receiving parties notified. Check for update alert.
