Troubleshooting: Login and Access Issues
Cannot log in via CB Desk (US/Canada)
Make sure you are signed into CB Desk first. If still failing, contact support.
Cannot log in (International)
Use Forgot Password on the login page. Check spam. Contact support if no activation email received.
Error or blank screen
Clear cache/cookies. Try different browser. Contact support with screenshot.
Cannot see referrals or Marketplace
Under Config C (CB default), agents see only assigned referrals and do not have the Marketplace tab. Only your Relo Director has full access. Contact your Relo Director.
