Does it cost anything?
No platform fees. Custom translations available in the Store. Referral Leader and Premiere Status are not available for Coldwell Banker.
Send to someone not on GRN?
Yes — External Referral. Skips contract.
Change placement method?
No. Cancel and re-create.
Why can I not create a referral?
CB defaults to Config C — only Relo Directors create referrals. Provide your client details to your Relo Director.
Why no Marketplace tab?
Under Config C, agents do not see it. Your Relo Director has Marketplace access.
Can Corcoran send me referrals?
No. While CB can exchange with Corcoran, Corcoran cannot send referrals to Coldwell Banker. This is an asymmetric cross-brand rule.
Office changes config?
Existing referrals keep old rules. New config for new referrals only.
