Not in Marketplace

Verify Market placement. Invite/Direct do not appear. Check destination market.

No applicants

Check coverage. Try Invite. Wait for cross-brand window.

Stuck status

Receiving party may not have signed (7-day deadline), update overdue, or Relo action needed.

Cannot find referral

Check Outbound/Inbound. Cancelled referrals in history. Under Config C, agents see only assigned referrals — ask your Relo Director.

Modified after awarding

All receiving parties notified. Check for update alert.
