Troubleshooting: Login and Access Issues
Cannot log in via CB Desk (US/Canada)
Make sure you are signed into CB Desk first. If still failing, contact support with your name and email.
Forgot password (International)
Use Forgot Password on the login page. Check spam.
No activation email
Contact support with name, office, and preferred email.
Error or blank screen
Clear cache/cookies. Try different browser. Contact support with screenshot.
Cannot see referrals or Marketplace
Under Config C (CB default), agents see only assigned referrals and do not have Marketplace access. This is expected. Contact your Relo Director for referral activity.
