Coldwell Banker offices default to Managerial Only (Config C), which means only your Relocation Director can create referrals. Agents cannot create referrals or drafts.

Provide your client details to your Relocation Director. They will create the referral on your behalf using the guided referral process: client information, destination market, placement method (Market, Invite, Direct, or External), client preferences, and referral fee.

Click Create Referral from your Dashboard. The platform guides you through client info, destination market, placement method, preferences, and fee. The default fee for Coldwell Banker is 30% but is negotiable.
