Does it cost anything?
No platform fees. Custom translations available in the Store. Referral Leader and Premiere Status upgrades are not available for Coldwell Banker.
Can I create a referral?
Under Config C (CB default), only your Relo Director can create referrals. Provide client details to your Relo Director.
Can I send to someone not on GRN?
Yes — your Relo Director can create an External Referral.
Change placement method?
No. Cancel and re-create.
No Marketplace tab?
Under Config C, agents do not see it. Only Relo Directors have Marketplace access.
Default fee?
30% for Coldwell Banker. Negotiable before signing.
Can Corcoran agents send me referrals?
No. Corcoran cannot exchange referrals with Coldwell Banker. This is an asymmetric rule — CB can send to Corcoran, but Corcoran cannot send to CB.
