How do I make someone a Relocation Director?

If you are in the US, the referral network data is synchronised with DASH. We cannot change the Office DASH settings, we use what it gives us.

So in order to make someone a RELOCATION Director, you will need to do that from Office personnel (Head Office) outside the Network.
